URBAN LEAGUE'S AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM

Purpose

To provide funding to the Urban League for its after school program in an Avondale elementary public school. To provide a program for those members who wish to volunteer time providing educational help to low-income children.

Background

Beginning in 2005 we have financially supported an after school program in Avondale.

Current Activity

Members who wish to volunteer as homework helpers at the program are welcome.
