First Unitarian Church: 2010-11 Annual Pledge Campaign
 
 

OUR MISSION...OUR MINISTRY

The identified increase of $44,000 needed for operations in 2010/2011 is in two main areas:

PERSONNEL

  • Retain Assistant Minister, Annie Foerster
    (not budgeted last year)

  • Retain Facilities Manager, John Hines

  • Complete the professionalism of RE staff  by adding one additional teacher

  • Cover Sharon’s short sabbatical in 2011

  • Provide merit-based pay raises for staff (Due to the economic crisis, there were NO raises last year, including for ministers.)

MAINTAINING OUR HISTORIC BUILDING

  • Increase Building & Grounds budget by $2,500
