July 11 – Peaslee Neighborhood Center

Replayed from July 4th due to last week’s technical difficulties - We Don’t Want Your Kind Here – part 2 will be rescheduled later in the yearThis month’s Share the Plate beneficiary is the Peaslee Neighborhood Center. The Peaslee Neighborhood Center is a peaceful place in Over-The-Rhine where residents create and engage in participatory education to foster creative expression, self-determination, and social change. Come here more about their important work and ongoing projects.Contributions for Peaslee will be received through July 31 and can be made by text, online, through Breeze or by mailing a check with Peaslee in the memo line.


July 18 - “Love into Being”

From the Unitarian Universalist Association. Faith in Unitarian Universalism isn't just an intellectual exercise: it's "heart" work. This full-length worship experience features a sermon by UUA President Rev. Susan Frederick-Gray, as well as vibrant music, storytelling, and other worship elements that will help us to grow in spirit, in courage, and in generosity.


July 25 - Guest Speaker and Musician Matt Meyer

Matt has led worship for hundreds of congregations, traveling the country sharing a message of love and justice, through rhythm and song.


August 1 - “Living Waters” - from Meadville Lombard Theological School.

This virtual Sunday service the Rev. Nancy McDonald Ladd will offer a message ‘Going to the Living Waters’ based on the Gospel of John 4:1-26. Rev. Ladd is the senior minister at the UU Congregation in Bethesda. The special musical guest for the service is Mark Miller from Drew Theological School and the Institute of Sacred Music at Yale University.
